Our warranty policies and procedures for our products are as follows:
- 90 day warranty after original date of purchase for all products when purchased through our website or an authorized CedarsLink dealer.
- Products are warrantied against defects in materials or workmanship.
- All warranty services require original sales receipt documentation. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance in sending the product to CedarsLink (click here to view shipping address). We will cover shipping and handling charges to ship the item back to the customer.
- Freight damage on returns is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Limitations
The following are not covered under CedarsLink warranty:
- The product is owned by anyone else other than the original owner and it was purchased from an authorized CedarsLink dealer.
- The product is altered, defaced, or it is missing the serial numbers (no serial number = no warranty)
- The product has not been installed in accordance with the instructions in the owner's manual.
- The product has been abused physically.
- The product was damaged due to criminal activity such as attempted theft, robbery, or by accident such as natural disasters.
- The product had an attempt to be repaired or modified by an unauthorized party.
- Installation costs associated with removing and installing products for warranty purposes are not covered.
- Custom changes or finishes applied to the product. We are not responsible for restoring any custom finishes or changes made to the product.
